Refund policy
Returns
Lea Oak Collective's return policy is outlined as follows:
As the buyer, you have 15 days after your item is confirmed as delivered to your address to submit a claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must not have visible damage or contain any scents (I.e. perfume or washing detergent) that isn't the same as the buyer purchased it in. Any customized items are not eligible for returns.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you will receive notification of your boutique credit that you can use for future purchases. This will occur within three business days of receiving the item back.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items and discount bundles cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at leaoakllc@gmail.com to receive shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Lea Oak Collective now offers the option for your to purchase shipping insurance for a low price at checkout. If you opt out of shipping insurance, you will not be compensated for lost or damaged items during transit.
