What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who:
- Love custom gifts, decor, and keepsakes
- Are active on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
- Can create clear photos or short-form videos
- Enjoy sharing products naturally, not salesy
- Value small businesses and community
You do not need a large following — engagement and authenticity matter more.
Insider Expectations
- 2–3 posts per month featuring Lea Oak products (these could be on your personal platforms or inside the VIP group)
- Tag Lea Oak Collective, provide any applicable links and/or your rep code (for possible bonuses)
- Participate in launches or special promotions when possible
- Remain active in the private VIP Facebook group: create your own posts, which don't have to be sales posts but engagement is important; comment on other peoples' posts; invite friends to the group; etc.
Program terms run in 3-month cycles. Next term begins January 1, 2026.
